A: All Rolson products have a 12 months guarantee from time of purchase against manufacturing defects or workmanship, unless specified. Batteries/re-chargeable batteries and any consumables are excluded. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, accidents, attempted repairs or alterations. Proof of purchase is required and you should contact the retailer where the product was purchased. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
